RFM Digital, LLC (“RFM Digital,” “we,” “us”) operates Scaling Suite, an AI-powered CRM and automation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. It applies to scalingsuite.com and its /demo/ page. It does not apply to the Scaling Suite application itself (app.scalingsuite.com), which has its own account-level data practices, or to third-party sites we link to.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide. If you submit the demo request form on /demo/, we collect your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, business website (optional), and industry. If you check the SMS consent box, we also record that consent so we can text you a link to your personalized demo.
- Standard technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above only to:
- Build and deliver the personalized AI demo you requested;
- Text and email you about that demo, if you've consented to SMS;
- Follow up about Scaling Suite if you've expressed interest in it;
- Operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below, or as required by law.
Where Your Information Goes
Demo form submissions are sent to and processed through:
- HighLevel / LeadConnector — our CRM, which stores your submission and sends the SMS/email described above.
Booking a call routes you to our scheduling provider (link.rfmdigitals.com). Starting a trial routes you to our billing provider's checkout pages on scalingsuite.net. Those are separate services with their own privacy practices — we encourage you to review them before providing information there.
SMS Communications
If you check the SMS consent box on the demo form, you agree to receive a text message containing your demo link. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is limited to what's needed to deliver your demo. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or email us at support@rfmdigitals.com. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention and Your Choices
We keep demo form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you and for our own business records, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing support@rfmdigitals.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Demo form submissions are transmitted encrypted and handled by the service providers named above. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
Changes to This Policy
If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
